At the beginning of September, as every year, the traditional Chemists’ Congress took place, which is one of the most significant professional events in the field of chemistry in Slovakia. This year, members of the project team S2D App – App Driven Multisensor Solution: Bridging Sensors to Digits also actively participated in the program. The Department of Physical Chemistry at UPJŠ in Košice was represented by RNDr. Ivana Šišoláková, PhD.,
RNDr. Jana Shepa, PhD., Mgr. Ivana Mojžišová, and Mgr. Laura Slabejová. Within the conference, they presented the project results through two professional lectures and two poster presentations, with all contributions including official
acknowledgment of the S2D App project. An exceptional success was the Metrohm Award for the best poster in the field of electrochemistry, which was won by the project researcher, RNDr. Ivana Šišoláková, PhD.
